The BN ceramic series and its composite ceramics are made of BN powder or composite powder by hot pressing process .The density is between 19-2.1g/cm3 The hardness,compressive strength and bending strength of BN ceramics are relatively low, but the thermal conductivity is high. In addition, the ceramic appears low resistivity and corrosion resistance
The BN ceramic and its composite ceramics have low mechanical strength, but good thermal conductivity and high insulation. Thus they are often used in semiconductor ceramic substrates and othe fields or processed into all kinds of high temperature corrosion resistant containers, bushings and other functional components.
